Eiko Okura is a Feng Shui practitioner of the Tibetan Black Hat School, living in Denver, Colorado and working throughout the Denver Metro Area (Denver, Boulder, Littleton, Englewood and more) and beyond. She blends this intuitive and scientific eastern art with over a decade of experience as a professional Interior Designer. She uses these combined skills to help her clients create the most balanced and harmonious environments possible.
Eiko Okura incorporates feng shui concepts whenever she is designing and decorating a home or business. The two disciplines are interconnected, and the principles of feng shui yield good design. Eiko has designed homes, restaurants, hospices and other businesses.
Feng Shui is the ancient Chinese science of “Wind and Water”, the integral elements of Mother Nature, and the effects of those elements on human life — not only on a physical level but also on our psyche. Wind and Water represents dynamic flowing life energy which penatrate through and transcend our very lives. Feng Shui is the art of cultivation of this energy.
This energy is also known as Chi. Our environment, natural and manmade, is filled with chi. Feng Shui principles deal with mysterious workings of chi and give us sometimes practical, other times magical insights into our modern lives.
The practice of Feng Shui regulates the flow of chi so that our environment becomes the solid foundation to built our life of happiness and contentment upon. The Tibetan Black Hat School takes a simpler path through the often complex world of Feng Shui.
In addition to practicing the art, Eiko conducts feng shui and design classes and seminars for those interested in learning to apply it's principles in their own lives.
